Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the day-today operations of the facility to provide patrons with prompt, courteous and effective service.
Supervise work schedules, dispatching and inventory.
Manage facility assets including routine maintenance, facility and equipment replacement plans and driver equipment inspections.
Manage selected ops team members through clear job assignment definition and explanation, training, and ongoing coaching.
Help maintain inventories at levels to assure service with a minimum of delivery delays.
Assist in establishing and implementing short-term goals and budgets that are consistent with long range plans for growth in operation, including facility, equipment, and personnel.
Communicate with general manager to maximize productivity/profitability Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Ability to lead, coach, and develop others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong teamwork, negotiation, and collaboration skills Ability to influence others and work as a cross-functional lead and team member.
Must possess excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Detail orientated and self-motivated Ability to drive cross-functional communication and working through others
Qualifications:

year's experience in the agriculture industry - (knowledge of crop production/application required) Valid driver's license (CDL & Applicator License Preferred or able to obtain within 6 months) Solid leadership, decision-making, and communication skills Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Able to lift 50 pounds Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$45,000.
